Jason Burdge (Him/Him)
PATA Co-Founder. PFA Chair
Jason has over 17 years of non-profit leadership experience and has a Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration. His focus has been on increasing mental health services to underserved communities. Jason is an advocate for foster youth and military veterans to receive services that help them live full and productive lives.
He's changed legislature in Oregon to allow Equine Assisted Physical Therapy to be covered by OHP and hopes to take the same measurers to allow Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy (PAT) to be covered by insurance. Making PAT available to the masses.
Jason has personal experience in using psilocybin to overcome PTSD, depression, and anxiety. He believes using psilocybin with a trained mental health therapist can lead to breakthrough sessions thus allowing clinical clients to live productive lives.

Jeanette Small (She/Her)
PFA Program Director
Jeanette is a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon since April 2023, and the founder of Lucid Cradle, which serves as her private practice in Central Oregon (licensed psilocybin service center August 2023 – June 2025). Many of Jeanette’s clients to date have been veterans and first responders, and people seeking to process severe trauma, overcome addictions or eating disorders, and face end of life distress. Her approach to psilocybin facilitation is deeply informed by depth psychology principles, Attachment theory therapeutic assumptions, and tools developed through her professional art practice.
Jeanette earned her BA in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and completed her graduate work (MA & PhD in Clinical Psychology, emphasis in Somatic Psychology) at the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. Before becoming a licensed psilocybin facilitator, Jeanette worked as a Residential Counselor at a crisis shelter for youth ages 11-18, offered psychotherapy to individuals and families, was an administrator of a residential facility, ran the private practice of a psychiatrist specializing in treatment of opioid dependence, served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer and was a foster parent, among others.
